Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate is seeking an Activity Program Director to plan, coordinate and lead engaging activities for Assisted Living residents. You will manage teams, volunteers and transportation, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality life enrichment.

You will develop newsletters, coordinate community events, and collaborate with management and regional teams to foster resident-centered programming.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating and leading activities for groups of 15+.
• Strong creativity and communication skills; solid organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and facilitate activities for Assisted Living residents.
• Lead and coach teams, volunteers and transportation staff.
• Develop monthly newsletters and event calendars.
• Coordinate outings and plan decor for events and holidays.
• Collaborate with management, regional and corporate teams.
