Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, outings, and other recreational programs.
• Develop and implement creative activities that cater to diverse resident interests and abilities.
• Collaborate with the activities team to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback.
• Develop and manage activity budgets, ensuring responsible fiscal management.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
