Oakmont of El Dorado Hills, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks an Activity Assistant to organize and coordinate engaging activities for residents, promoting independence and quality of life. The role requires coordinating volunteers, leading events, and ensuring safety and teamwork across the community.

The position is full-time with weekend availability and shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. A high school diploma and ability to drive are essential, with benefits including healthcare,

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Requires Class C license with Passenger Endorsement (Class B/C preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and health screenings including TB tests.

• Assist the Activity Director in creating engaging community activities and events.
• Develop, recruit, and manage Community Volunteers.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
