Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year healthcare experience or related volunteering.
• Ability to read and write English; bilingual appreciated.
• Must have a valid IL driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Follow the activity calendar as directed by the Activity Director.
• Support and implement the Activity Program's policies and procedures, and follow regulations.
• Create engaging, person-centered activities for residents.
• Assist in resident outings and community events.
• Monitor and promote residents' quality of life.
