Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or two years of college with major in recreation or related field.
• Two years full-time experience in recreation with dependent, adult population.
• Must be able to work in a multicultural environment and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Directly provide programs and activities for group and individual participation.
• Arrange for community groups, service providers, and volunteers to provide activities.
• Coordinate transportation for residents to participate in events.
• Maintain a monthly activity schedule posted at least one week in advance.
• Ensure activities are accessible to all residents regardless of age, sex, or abilities.
• Keep records of activities and minutes of resident committees for planning.

Education
