You will plan and lead diverse activities, coordinate events and outings, and work with staff to tailor programs to residents' interests. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support community needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in activities coordination, recreation, or related field.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities and programs for residents.
• Coordinate events and outings; lead arts and crafts, exercise classes, and social gatherings.
• Create and manage activity calendars and schedules; collaborate with staff and volunteers.
