You will support the Director of Life Enrichment, lead daily activities, and prepare monthly calendars while fostering an engaging, inclusive community for seniors with varying needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating resident activities including monthly calendars.
• Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and staff.
• Provide educational opportunities for residents and staff in disease prevention and wellness programs.
