Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's preferred.
• 1-3 years in activities, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver resident programs to support residents' physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being.
• Provide safe, timely transportation for residents to activities and appointments.
• Coordinate events from start to finish (set-up, execution, breakdown); maintain an activities calendar and community newsletter.
• Support memory care and mixed-group programming as applicable.
• Meet with new residents to introduce programs and build engagement.
• Organize and support volunteer involvement.
