Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Bozeman, MT is seeking an friendly, dependable Activities & Transportation Assistant to help residents enjoy life through outings and in-house activities. You will safely transport residents, assist with mobility, plan and lead fun events, and work with the Life Enrichment team to create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for everyday moments that matter.

You’ll spend part of the day driving to appointments, lunches, or local activities, and you’ll build relationships with

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or age, have a safe driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Enjoys spending time with older adults.
• Friendly, patient, dependable and upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping, outings and community activities.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle and help with walkers, wheelchairs and personal belongings as needed.
• Help plan, prepare and lead fun activities, games, outings and special events.
• Encourage residents to participate and build meaningful connections.
• Help create a welcoming, positive and fun atmosphere.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and transportation documentation.
• Assist the Life Enrichment team with activities and programs when transportation isn't needed.
• Work as part of a caring team dedicated to making each resident's day a little brighter.

Do you love driving, getting out into the community, planning fun activities, and spending time with older adults? We are looking for a friendly, dependable Activities & Transportation Assistant to join our team at Bozeman Lodge. This is more than a driving job! You’ll help our residents enjoy their day — whether that means taking them to an appointment, heading out for lunch or shopping, joining an outing, playing a game, helping with an activity, or simply spending time visiting with them.

What You'll Do

• Can work independently while also being a team player.
