Job summary

Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in planning and delivering engaging activities for residents. You will help assess interests, organize events, and implement a variety of recreational services tailored to individual needs.

The role requires a passion for seniors, an energetic, flexible personality, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a full-time position based on-site with the Tutera network.

Qualifications

• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Activities Certification preferred.
• One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As an Activities Assistant, you will provide assistance to the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services to address the individual needs and interests of the residents.
