Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and English language proficiency.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to meet residents' physical, mental and psychosocial needs.
• Coordinate activities for large groups, small groups and individuals.
• Maintain documentation per state and federal regulations.
• Report abuse/neglect to supervisor and uphold Residents’ Rights and confidentiality.
• Arrive on time and ensure calendar postings and name tags are prepared.
