Job summary

The Leonard on Beverly, a premier luxury senior living community in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Assistant to join the team. You will help execute programs and activities for residents and provide outstanding service.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and a willingness to drive the community vehicle. The role offers benefits and a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA degree preferred or 2 years' industry experience.
• Ability and willingness to drive the community vehicle.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Health or Fitness Certification preferred.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist in planned activities and events.
• Assist with surveying residents and noting interests.
• Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities.
• Create flyers, calendars, newsletters and update social media as needed.
• Assist with Marketing events.
• Coordinate with volunteers on scheduling and training.
• Assist with scheduling transportation or driving as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain Clearwater Living standards and professional appearance.
• Represent Clearwater Living principles daily.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
