Job summary

CommuniCare North Salem is seeking a Part Time Activities Assistant to coordinate and lead activities for residents at Salem North Healthcare Center. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and compassionate, helping residents stay engaged and connected during aging, rehabilitation, and recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Experience with related software applications is preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Active state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and conduct a variety of activities for residents.
• Work directly with residents and interdisciplinary team to foster socialization and engagement.
