Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid California CNA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, upbeat attitude.
• Experience in life enrichment or activity coordination in a care setting is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily group events and individual activities for residents.
• Assist residents during activities with transfers and mobility as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of participation and progress per care plans.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to tailor activities to residents' needs.
