Job summary

Magnolia Grand (Independent Living) in Riverside, CA, is seeking a Life Enrichment Associate (Activities Assistant). The role focuses on planning and delivering meaningful enrichment activities, driving residents as needed, and upholding Cascade Living’s mission and values.

Must have current first aid and food handler/Serve Safe certifications, plus strong communication and customer service skills. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience in planning, organizing and executing a varied schedule of life enrichment opportunities for all levels of seniors.
• Valid Driver’s license as this role will require driving residents.
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small-group presentations.
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day.
• Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table.
