Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Active Living Program Director to design activities for residents transitioning to Memory Care.
• Lead or conduct program activities in a timely manner.
• Coordinate at least one family activity per month.
• Present a professional demeanor reflecting service and goodwill.
• Familiarize yourself with residents.
• Observe residents' abilities in daily living activities and social skills.
• Encourage and motivate residents; assist when needed.
• Participate in required employer training.
• Cover Activities staff in their absence.
