Lumina Las Vegas is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging resident programs that enhance health, happiness, and social connection. You will collaborate with leadership to create lively, resident-centered activities and manage logistics for events.

This full-time role requires energy, creativity, and strong communication to foster a welcoming community and ensure high resident satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in senior living, activities, recreation, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in changing situations.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, calendars, flyers).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Compassionate, energetic, and committed to residents’ lives.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and implement activities meeting residents' diverse needs.
• Support resident satisfaction and retention through engaging programming.
• Evaluate interests and reassess needs of new residents.
• Decorate common areas reflecting seasons and events.
• Coordinate space, equipment, food, transport, and staffing for activities.
• Ensure activities are safe and aligned with policies.
• Assist driving residents to outings as needed.
• Support marketing events and community celebrations.
• Collaborate with leaders, residents, families, and partners.
• Represent the community with warmth and hospitality.
