Job summary

West Fork Village Independent Living in Irving, TX is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities that enrich residents' daily lives. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience planning recreational, social, or enrichment activities is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, education, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading activities and outings for residents.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage resident participation in programs.
• Support wellness, creativity, lifelong learning, social connection, and personal fulfillment.
• Help create a fun, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community.
• Maintain activity supplies, equipment, and common spaces to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Document resident participation and communicate feedback to the Director of Life Enrichment.
