Phoebe Ministries is seeking a Part-time Community Life Assistant for our Chestnut Ridge at Rodale campus in Emmaus, PA. The role focuses on developing daily activity programs and coordinating events to engage residents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver friendly, high-quality resident service.
• Experience coordinating activities for seniors is preferred.
• Strong planning and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate daily activity programs for residents.
• Plan and run special events and off-campus trips/activities.
• Respond to inquiries and direct requests from residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with the community life team to meet programming goals.
