Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate social and recreational activities that meet residents' needs and encourage community participation.
Create an inviting, inclusive environment where residents feel safe to participate.
Engage residents in daily activities aligned with their interests and abilities.
Monitor resident wellness and collaborate with the team on holistic care plans.
Drive residents to appointments, outings, and events using the community bus.
Assist in maintaining and operating the Residence Store.
Deliver exceptional service while considering mobility, memory, or sensory needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that supports a positive community.
