The Arbor Company in Mountainside, NJ is seeking an Activities Assistant to create meaningful and engaging opportunities for residents as part of our 6-dimensional engagement program. You will help residents thrive, build connections with families, and contribute to a positive living environment.

We value creativity, teamwork and compassionate care. Previous experience in teaching, event planning or caregiving is helpful, and experience with seniors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.
