Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience developing activity programs for seniors is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive environment for residents.
• Lead and implement recreational and educational programs.
• Develop and maintain a dynamic calendar of activities.
