Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience developing and leading activity programs for seniors is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge to provide care appropriate to age-related needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of engaging programs.
• Monitor and evaluate resident participation in activities.
• Manage departmental budgets and prepare required reports.
