Sagora Senior Living is seeking a creative Lifestyle Director for Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Plattsmouth. The role focuses on planning engaging activities tailored to residents’ needs, maintaining calendars, and coordinating transportation for events and appointments.

You will also support new move-ins, establish a Resident Council, supervise the community store, and assist with newsletters and budget-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in the senior housing industry or event planning preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging resident activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities according to residents' needs.
• Maintain the monthly activities calendar and assist community newsletters.
• Coordinate resident transportation for activities, shopping, and appointments.
• Support new move-ins and conduct resident orientation.
• Establish and coordinate the Community Resident Council and attend meetings.
• Supervise and operate the community's store; manage volunteers.
• Document community history with photos and scrapbooks; track budget.
