Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC in Kelso, WA is seeking an Activity Coordinator to support planning, execution, and evaluation of our resident activity program. You will help organize crafts, games, outings, and social events under the supervision of the Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Activity programming/recreation experience preferred.
• Must enjoy working with the elderly and interact with residents.
• Must be able to speak and write English clearly.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage residents’ activity program as directed by the Executive Director, including crafts, bingo, discussion, music groups, etc.
• Inform residents of schedule programs and complete required documentation; promote participation.
• Transport residents to activities and appointments following safety guidelines.
• Create new programs and outings based on resident needs and requests.
• Support other departments as part of the team.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect.
