Trustwell Living, LLC in Mission, KS is seeking an individual to assist with planning, executing and evaluating the activity program for residents. You will support the Life Engagement Director, coordinate schedules, and help write communications about activities.

Responsibilities include transporting residents when needed, and contributing to new program ideas while maintaining resident dignity and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in activity programming or recreation preferred.
• Must enjoy working with elderly and interact with residents.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to move or arrange furniture and assist residents as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist with residents' activity program as directed by Life Engagement Director.
• Keep residents informed of scheduled programs and help with required documentation.
• May transport residents to activities and professional appointments.
• Assist Life Engagement Director in creating new programs and trips based on residents' needs and requests.
• Support other departments as part of the team.
• Treat all residents with dignity and respect.
