Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a diverse monthly activities calendar based on resident interests.
• Meet with residents to learn hobbies, interests, and ideas.
• Plan daily activities that encourage socialization, movement, learning, and enjoyment.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities to keep residents engaged.
• Coordinate outings such as shopping trips, shows, and meals.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers; build community relationships.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to tailor programs.
• Maintain activity records and ensure documentation compliance.
• Lead the Activities Assistant team and schedule via Paycor Scheduler.
• Manage department supplies within the activities budget.
