QSL Management is seeking a fun, energetic, and compassionate Activities Assistant to join The Barclay at Boynton Beach and help create meaningful experiences for our senior residents.

The role is part-time on weekends with additional days as needed, focusing on implementing an activity calendar, promoting socialization, and contributing to a monthly resident newsletter. Equal opportunity employer offering a supportive work environment.

Formación

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with the senior population.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Craft, art, or exercise experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementing an annual calendar of activities for the residents that will allow provide opportunities for residents to socialize and enjoy recreational activities each day.
• Participate in events that promote family, joy and socialization.
• Assist with developing a monthly newsletter that is distributed to the residents and mail recipients.
