Job summary

QSL Management is seeking an Activities Assistant for a senior living community. You will support daily recreational programming by helping implement the annual activity calendar and coordinating events that promote socialization, joy, and well-being for residents.

The role requires a caring attitude, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Previous experience with seniors and hands-on craft or exercise activities are a plus. This is an on-site role within our community.

Qualifications

• Must have caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing an annual calendar of activities for residents that promotes socialization and enjoyment of daily recreation.
• Participate in events that promote family, joy and socialization.
• Assist with developing a monthly newsletter that is distributed to residents and mail recipients.
