Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth, IN is seeking an Activities Assistant to support residents’ emotional, recreational, and social needs through engaging activities and programs. This full-time role reports to the Director of Activities and involves helping residents with daily tasks and participating in event planning.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior long-term care or elder care experience preferred.
• Must be available every other weekend and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily activities such as writing letters, making calls, and voter registration.
• Record resident progress and activity attendance.
• Escort residents to activity programs and events.
• Support mail delivery, plant care, pet care, fundraising, newsletters, and announcements.
