You will plan, schedule, and lead activities that support physical, social, and emotional well-being while providing safe transportation and mobility assistance for residents. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of activities, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CDL may be required based on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging resident programs to support well-being.
• Provide safe, timely transportation for residents to activities and appointments.
• Coordinate events from start to finish and maintain calendars.
• Assist with memory care and mixed-group programming as applicable.
