Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology or related field preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Experience in healthcare or service setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Enter resident information in multiple systems.
• Attend care plan meetings with families and residents.
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Connections activity program.
