Arbor Terrace Highland Park is seeking an Activities Coordinator to design, coordinate, and evaluate recreational programs that address the diverse interests of memory care and assisted living residents. You will help create meaningful connections and a vibrant daily life for our community.

This role requires creativity, flexibility, and strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure activities support overall wellness and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement activity programs that cater to various interests, abilities, and preferences
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure activities align with resident goals and care plans
• Lead and facilitate group activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings
• Coordinate with outside vendors and entertainment providers to bring new experiences to our community
• Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation
• Assist with daily living activities and provide support with daily routines as needed
