Job summary

Spring Arbor of Florence is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You will create moments of joy, laughter, and connection daily, bringing creativity and energy to programs that celebrate residents' lives and interests.

No license or prior experience required—just heart and hustle. The role supports the Lifestyle Director and helps maintain an active, social community for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to drive the company bus where required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or CDL for the vehicle operated.
• Demonstrates high energy, enthusiasm, decision making, problem solving, planning/organization, and rapport building skills.

Responsibilities
