Job summary

All American Assisted Living at Wareham is seeking a friendly LPN to join our Wellness team and help plan and lead activities that support residents' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical well‑being.

You will lead individual and group activities, help prepare the community activity calendar, and adapt programs for memory care residents while building positive relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and staff. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• LPN license and current state credentials.
• Interest in recreation/senior living preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group activities for residents
• Assist with planning and preparing the community activity calendar
• Facilitate arts, crafts, games, music, and social events
• Encourage participation based on interests and abilities
• Assist with special events, outings, and holiday programs
• Observe participation and report changes to the Recreation Director
