Job summary

All American Assisted Living at Wareham is seeking caring staff to provide personal care and companionship to residents in a supportive, team-based environment. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and meal support while upholding dignity and independence.

We value compassionate, patient care and strong observation skills. Training is provided, and a positive, collaborative atmosphere is emphasized in our MA community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, dependable approach to resident care.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and compassionate personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning according to service plans.
• Provide meal assistance and support dining needs as required.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
