Job summary

The Aspenwood Company - Spring Creek Village is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to develop and run engaging activities for residents in our Spring Creek Village community. You will help plan events, coordinate activities, and encourage participation to enhance residents' active lifestyles.

We value weekend and holiday availability, strong communication, and teamwork. This full-time role offers opportunities to contribute to newsletters and community events while supporting Memory Care

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1 year of prior activities experience with seniors.
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing activities and events for seniors.
Engage residents in activities on- and off-site to foster social connections.
Prepare supplies for each activity and event.
Respond to residents, families, and visitors with courteous assistance.
Help develop monthly calendars and newsletters and capture photos for publications.
