Job summary

Buckner Retirement Services Community Westminster Place is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Associate in Longview, Texas onsite. You will plan and coordinate engaging programs that support residents' social, spiritual, physical, intellectual, and recreational well-being, while ensuring their rights and dignity are respected.

Responsibilities include developing activities, surveying residents for interests, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation to outings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; prior wellness/fitness/recreational therapy in senior living preferred.
• Proficient English and good communication skills.
• Ability to organize activities and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engaging programs for residents across social, spiritual, physical, educational and recreational needs.
• Develop activities based on individual resident preferences and needs.
• Survey residents to tailor programs and assess satisfaction with activities.
• Provide individualized attention to promote residents' wellbeing and dignity.
• Coordinate transportation for events outside the residence.
