Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking an Activities Aide to support the residents’ daily programs at our retirement community. You will assist with crafts, bingo, music, discussion groups, and other activities; help write monthly newsletter articles; and purchase approved activity supplies.

You will inform residents of scheduling, encourage participation, and assist in transporting residents to activities and appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in activity programming or recreation preferred.
• Must be able to speak and write English clearly and interact with residents.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and attitude with focus on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residents’ activity programs (crafts, bingo, discussion, music groups).
• Help write monthly newsletter articles and purchase approved supplies.
• Inform residents of scheduled programs and encourage participation.
• Transport residents safely to activities and appointments as needed.
• Support the Activity Director and other departments as part of the team.
