Job summary

Dimensions Living Kenosha is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities for residents, supporting a monthly events calendar and tailoring programs to diverse abilities. You’ll foster meaningful interactions, collaborate with staff and volunteers, and help create a welcoming community space.

The role emphasizes creativity, enthusiasm, and reliable participation in a full-time schedule (8am-4pm) with opportunities to contribute to a caring, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation, life enrichment, or senior living is preferred but not required.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with individuals and groups.
• Friendly, adaptable, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead fun, enriching activities for residents.
• Support a monthly events calendar including games, crafts, fitness, music, outings, and special events.
• Encourage participation and tailor activities to various abilities.
• Work with Life Enrichment Directors, nursing staff, and volunteers to support the activity program.
