Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging activities for older adults.
• Training in recreational activities and elder care.
• Understanding dementia care principles and aging issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a seven-day activity program.
• Lead one-on-one, small group, and large group activities.
• Encourage residents to participate and tailor activities to abilities.
