Job summary

Mansions Senior Living Communities is seeking a Senior Event Planner to be an upfront, hands-on representative for residents, visitors, and staff in Georgia. The role demands exceptional customer service, professional communication, and a compassionate approach while ensuring safety and engagement for all residents.

Qualifications

• Background check and pre-employment drug test required.
• Must provide valid employment documents.
• Reliable transportation to report to work on time and maintain good attendance.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct a program of diversified activities for residents.
• Develop and coordinate activities for independent residents to participate in social events, parties, and outings.
• Provide a calendar of events for resident reference and transparency.
• Schedule outside vendors and entertainers for resident enjoyment.
• Assist in resident transportation to shops, doctor visits, and field trips.
• Manage monthly budget and expenses for the Activities department.
