Job summary

Atlas Healthcare is seeking a Recreation Assistant for a full-time position in Cranbury, NJ. You will help run indoor and outdoor activities, seasonal events, fitness classes, games, and group activities designed to engage residents with warmth and energy.

No prior experience is required, but strong guest service, reliability, and the ability to work with seniors are essential. A positive, can-do attitude and dependable transport are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have great guest service and communication skills.
• Be available to work on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily indoor and outdoor recreational services and events.
• Lead fitness classes, games, art groups, karaoke and trivia nights.
• Provide a fun, engaging, and safe experience for residents while upholding healthcare standards.
