Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC in Cranbury Township, NJ, is seeking a full-time Recreation Assistant to run daily indoor and outdoor activities for residents, including fitness classes, arts, games, karaoke, and trivia.

You will deliver excellent guest service, be outgoing and energetic, and help maintain a safe, healthcare-focused environment. Flexible weekday/weekend hours apply, with a commitment to holidays.

Qualifications

• Great guest service and communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Willingness to learn therapeutic recreation in a senior community.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to speak in large groups.
• Honest, reliable, responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work weekdays and weekends 9AM–5PM, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily indoor and outdoor recreational services (seasonal events, fitness classes, games, art groups, karaoke, trivia).
• Provide a fun, exciting experience while meeting healthcare standards.
• Create warmth and community for residents during interactions.
