Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an Activities Assistant to create engaging programs that enrich residents’ daily lives. The role supports social, physical, and emotional well-being through diverse activities and community-based programs.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with Daily Pay at $16.60/hour. The team collaborates with an interdisciplinary care approach to deliver compassionate, resident-centered services in a sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in activities/healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with seniors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging environment that enhances residents' quality of life.
• Document resident participation and engagement in activities.
• Promote well-being through meaningful activities and interactions.
• Assist in planning and implementing recreational, social, and community programs.
• Build relationships with residents and encourage participation based on interests.
