Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (class E) and have a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident activities and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director with a program of activities for residents.
• Maintain department activity logs and documentation.
• Communicate resident-directed care daily to residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Plan activities as directed by supervisor.
• Collaborate with resident and family councils.
• Direct and supervise volunteers as needed.
• Assist with dietary tasks if requested.
