GreenView Senior Living, a Cardinal Senior Living community, is seeking an energetic Activity Assistant to plan and lead engaging experiences that support residents' social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being. You'll create meaningful events and welcome everyone to participate.

You'll get to know residents' interests, adapt activities to different abilities, work with care staff, and help turn ordinary days into opportunities for connection, fun, and growth.

Qualificações

• Experience working with seniors in assisted living, long-term care, healthcare, or a similar setting.
• Ability to connect with residents in a respectful and positive way.
• Professionalism, integrity, and dependability.
• A cheerful, patient, and encouraging attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lead group activities, games, social events, and recreational programs.
• Encourage resident participation and help everyone feel welcome.
• Get to know residents' interests, preferences, and abilities.
• Tailor activities to different mobility and cognitive levels.
• Work with care and clinical staff to support resident needs.
• Assist with special events and community programs.
• Track participation and gather resident feedback.
• Introduce new ideas to keep programming fresh.
