GreenView Senior Living, a Cardinal Senior Living community, is seeking an energetic Activity Assistant to plan and lead engaging experiences that support residents' social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being. You'll create meaningful events and welcome everyone to participate.

You'll get to know residents' interests, adapt activities to different abilities, work with care staff, and help turn ordinary days into opportunities for connection, fun, and growth.

At GreenView Senior Living, a Cardinal Senior Living community, we're looking for an energetic, compassionate Activity Assistant who can bring people together, create meaningful experiences, and make everyday life more engaging for our residents.

This role is about more than filling a calendar.

It's about helping residents stay connected, active, social, curious, and involved in the community around them.

What You'll Do

As an Activity Assistant at GreenView, you'll help plan and lead engaging experiences that support residents' social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being.

You'll:

• Assist with special events, celebrations, and community programs
• Track participation and gather resident feedback
• Help introduce new ideas and activities to keep programming fresh
• Maintain a cheerful, professional, and respectful environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, creativity, and reliability.

Required:

• Experience working with seniors in assisted living, long-term care, healthcare, or a similar setting
• Ability to connect with residents in a respectful and positive way
• Professionalism, integrity, and dependability
• A cheerful, patient, and encouraging attitude

Preferred:

• Experience leading group activities or recreational programs
• Recreational therapy, healthcare, or social services experience
• Training or certification in activities, recreation, or a related field
• Knowledge of senior living programming and resident engagement
