The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking an Activities Assistant at a Meridian, Mississippi senior living community who will work with the Activities Director to plan and lead activities that fit all care levels and encourage resident individuality and leadership.

You will promote participation, handle designated administrative tasks, and support residents who lead activities. If needed, you may transport residents to events using company vehicles, contributing to a vibrant, resident‑centered program.

Responsibilities

• Participates in creating and implementing activities to meet resident interests.
• Assists with daily/monthly activities calendars.
• Promotes resident participation in events and programs.
• Leads activities and conducts sessions in a timely manner.
• Provides administrative support such as posting calendars and ordering supplies.
• Transports residents to events when required.
