Job summary

Abington Manor in Clarks Summit, PA is seeking a part-time Activities Aide, including some weekends and holidays. You will assist the Activity Director in planning and delivering therapeutic recreation programs for residents, and help with events and documentation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work every other weekend. Must be observant, creative, and caring, with successful background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in developing, coordinating and implementing therapeutic recreation programs.
• Complete required documentation and help plan and run special events.
• Engage residents with entertaining activities suited to their needs.
